Kat Dizik is a compassionate mental health coach and therapist, specializing in trauma and neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, OCD). She supports children, teens, adults, and families through growth, transition, and change.
She holds a Master’s in Counseling, with a Child/Teen Specialization, from The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Her clinical training includes Brainspotting, a trauma-informed approach to releasing emotional and physical blockages, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.

Her extensive background includes serving as an Adult and Geriatric Case Management Consultant, Legal Nurse Consultant, and Wound Care Specialist. Susan combines her clinical expertise with a comprehensive, client-centered approach as an Integrative Nurse Life Coach, empowering clients to achieve health, wellness, career, and life goals.
Susan is a Registered Nurse with over 40 years of experience across acute care, wound care, home care, and holistic nursing.
She works with individuals, families, and professionals to navigate health challenges, reduce stress, and build sustainable self-care grounded in both clinical rigor and integrative practice.
As an Integrative Nurse Life Coach, she blends evidence-based nursing with mindfulness, meditation, Reiki, and other holistic modalities to support whole-person well-being and personal growth.
Her work is informed by her role as a Legal Nurse Consultant and Case Manager, where she provides clinical insight, advocacy, and guidance in complex care situations. She also delivers continuing education on topics including nutrition, wound prevention, and adult and geriatric care.
