Kat is a compassionate life coach dedicated to helping individuals heal and grow through life’s challenges. She specializes in trauma work, supporting individuals with neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism), children, teens, families, and those navigating life transitions, relationships, and women’s issues. Holding an MA in Counseling with a Child Specialization from The Family Institute at Northwestern University, Kat is also trained in Brainspotting, a trauma-informed therapy that helps clients release emotional and physical blockages, fostering deep healing from stress, anxiety, and trauma.
With over 10 years of experience in music education and performance, Kat has taught individuals of all ages—from toddlers to adults—in schools, public libraries, museums, and Memorial Sloan Kettering's pediatric oncology unit. She holds a double BA in Classical Voice Performance and Music Education from Ithaca College, blending her passion for creativity with her coaching approach to inspire growth and self-expression.
Currently practicing as a therapist in a trauma- and neurodivergence-specialized private practice in Manhattan, Kat provides a warm, supportive space for healing, personal development, and transformation.

With over 40 years of multifaceted nursing experience, Susan is a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a background in case management, critical care, dialysis, home care, long-term care, rehabilitation nursing, life-care planning, integrative nurse life coaching, and holistic nursing. Her extensive background includes serving as an Adult and Geriatric Case Management Consultant, Legal Nurse Consultant, and Wound Care Specialist. Susan combines her clinical expertise with a comprehensive, client-centered approach as an Integrative Nurse Life Coach, empowering clients to achieve health, wellness, career, and life goals.
Susan is also a trusted provider of continuing education, delivering impactful presentations on critical health topics such as nutrition, wound prevention, and adult and geriatric care. As an Integrative Nurse Coach, she utilizes evidence-based practices and holistic approaches from both Eastern and Western perspectives to support clients in managing stress, fostering personal growth, and enhancing overall well-being.
